We do not provide:

The Revenue Leak Scan and related materials are informational and diagnostic in nature and are not guarantees of performance or outcomes.

2. No Guarantees of Results

Any estimates, projections, revenue calculations, or implementation plans provided through the Revenue Leak Scan, review calls, or service engagements are based on assumptions and information provided by you.

We do not guarantee:

  • Revenue increases
  • Specific financial results
  • Operational outcomes
  • Business performance improvements

Execution, staff behavior, market conditions, and business decisions remain your responsibility.

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of information submitted
  • Decisions made based on diagnostic findings
  • Implementation of recommendations
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Oversight of your staff and internal operations

RevOperator installs and enforces systems, but final authority and accountability remain with the business owner.

4. Revenue Leak Scan Disclaimer

The Revenue Leak Scan:

  • Is a structured diagnostic based on submitted data and external analysis
  • Provides estimates, benchmarks, and prioritization recommendations
  • Does not constitute financial advice or a binding business agreement
  • Does not create a client relationship unless a separate written agreement is executed

We reserve the right to decline service if a submission is not a fit.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by RevOperator, including:

  • Diagnostics
  • Scorecards
  • Methodologies
  • Templates
  • Frameworks
  • Branding
  • Website content

are the intellectual property of RevOperator and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Client-specific deliverables may be used internally by the client but may not be resold or redistributed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevOperator shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Decisions made based on diagnostic findings
  • Third-party software or service interruptions

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services in the preceding 30 days.

7. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party tools including but not limited to:

  • Tally (form submissions)
  • Calendly (scheduling)
  • Google Meet (video conferencing)
  • CRM and automation platforms
  • Hosting and analytics providers

We are not responsible for service interruptions or policies of third-party platforms.

8. Confidentiality

Information submitted through the Revenue Leak Scan or shared during review calls will be treated as confidential and used solely for diagnostic and service purposes.

However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality of electronic transmissions.

9. No Medical Advice

RevOperator does not provide medical services, medical advice, or clinical guidance.

Any operational systems installed are for revenue execution and workflow management only.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
